Andalusia has a unique geographic location as a passageway between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean as well as between Europe and Africa. Its location at the crossing of many intercontinental commercial routes makes the region an ideal platform for accessing the European, African, Latin American and Middle-Eastern markets.

Andalusia’s strategic geographic location is further strengthened by an excellent transportation infrastructure, making Andalusia one of the most important logistics hubs in southern Europe.

In addition, the region’s abundant natural resources and its favourable climate provide the perfect environment for sustainable economic activity in strategic industry sectors such as renewable energies or bio-based technologies.
