Construction of this waterfront luxury complex will begin in 2023

Immobel, largest listed developer in Belgium, together with the US company Fort Partners, will build a five-star hotel in Marbella of the Four Seasons chain, as well as a number of luxury homes. This €740 million investment will include land purchase and construction. The complex will have two beach clubs, a large food court and a low-density residential area including villas, apartments, town houses and hotel accommodation of their brand. The agreement signed with the hotel chain will last twenty years, with a renewal option.

Richard Meier, winner of the Pritzker Prize and creator of iconic buildings such as the Getty Center in LA (USA), supervises the conceptual design and architecture of this project, whereas Patrice Marchal will be the green space landscaper and Tara Bernard and Martin Brudnizki the interior designers of the hotel and beach clubs. “This large project has been on the making for four years” says Marnix Galle, Immobel's CEO. “This first project in Marbella is aligned to Immobel’s strategy for international expansion and puts the company in an ideal position to explore new opportunities in the Spanish market”.
