ADM Sevilla included the participation of the most important companies, including Airbus, Alestis, Aernova, Aciturri and Ansys in a new edition of this key sectoral event

The fifth edition of Aerospace & Defense Meetings-ADM Sevilla 2021 concluded with the presence of over 500 professionals from 20 countries, figures consolidating this important aeronautics event as an ideal internationalization framework for Andalusian and Spanish companies. Andalusia’s aeronautics industry accounted for 40% of Spain’s sectoral sales in 2020, increasing international revenues about 77% over the 2011-2020 decade.

During the ADM Sevilla 2021, in which 60% participating firms came from abroad, a total of 3,500 business meetings were held. The main event sponsor was Airbus, largest European manufacturer, as well as Spain’s three tier-1 air-structure manufacturers: Alestis, Aernova & Aciturri. Ansys, US company specializing in simulation software, was also present.

ADM Sevilla 2021 results confirm the commitment of Andalusia’s government to the aeronautics industry, a strategic sector which maintains the region as a key aerospace destination known for its capacity to attract investment. Relevant sectoral topics, such as urban air mobility, unmanned air systems, Green MRO products and initiatives, as well as reduced fine-tuning cycles and material costs, were addressed during the event. Extenda and BCI have confirmed a new face-to-face edition of ADM Sevilla between June 7-9, 2022.
