3D rendering of the new luxury hotel in Salobreña

The Investment Holding in charge presented their €60-million project.

This luxury hotel project will transform the beachfront at La Guardia, in Salobreña. After finishing activities for the building up of over 100,000-square-meters, the two-resort project is now entering administrative procedures. These two luxury hotels, which will be able to host 700 guests, have raised major expectations in Salobreña.

Representatives from this hotel holding presented recently the astronomical figures of this project: about €60 million invested by Viva Hotels, one of the groups comprising the company developing the two resorts at Salobreña together with the hotel groups Zafiro Hotels, Eix Hotels and Prinsotel. These hotel companies have many years of experience managing this type of establishments and own over 35 hotels in Spain, the Caribbean and Serbia. The hotels in Salobreña will be their first project in the Iberian Peninsula.
