Andaluc\u00eda has promoted the creation of a smart mobilities cluster and a speed-up service for start-ups with the aim to make a more dynamic and innovative business network.The Andalusian ICT sector also offers blockchain infrastructure support services which are available at the region\u2019s main technology parks. Within ICTs it is important to mention video games, an activity which has become a source of culture, heritage, identity, wealth and employment over the last decades. Andalusia is a perfect option for service outsourcing due to low staff turnover, high professional commitment and large talent pool. These characteristics, together with Andalusia\u2019s advanced technological development, allow our region to lead a new production paradigm in which some 80% of companies are expected to contract this type of service. Andalusia is currently the second Spanish region in the number of call center platforms and employees.<\/p>\n

Our region is also home to Malaga’s PTA and Seville\u2019s PCT<\/em>, two of the main technology parks in Spain. The ICT sector has direct access to the largest talent pool in Spain, thanks to universities offering courses in IT and telecommunications engineering, and specialized vocational training centers there the technicians and operators needed by this industry are qualified.
