Andalusia is a perfect option for service outsourcing due to low staff turnover, high professional commitment and large talent pool. These characteristics, together with Andalusia’s advanced technological development, allow our region to lead a new production paradigm in which some 80% of companies are expected to contract this type of service. Andalusia is currently the second Spanish region in the number of call center platforms and employees.

Our region is also home to Malaga's PTA and Seville’s PCT, two of the main technology parks in Spain.
