Panattoni's Logistics Center in Spain
The company began works on its first logistical center in Andalusia
Panattoni, developer of industrial and logistical areas, has launched works to build its new turnkey logistical project in the Salinas industrial park in Puerto de Santa María (Cadiz). The center is expected to be commissioned in September 2021. The company is building a leasable raw 9,000 square-meter platform on a 41,500 square-meter lot, including a 6,600-meter warehouse and a 2,300-square-meter office building.
According to the company, the strategic location of this logistical center will greatly benefit the future tenant because it works both as a distribution center for the province of Cadiz and has good, direct connections to Seville, Malaga and the Port of Algeciras. The building will have 9 loading bays and be developed in accordance with the high standards of sustainability.
