Chosen place for the Hotel room007

This is the first hotel in a commercial area of Seville known for high occupancy

The Madrid-based hotel chain Room007, owner of five operational establishments and an additional seven projected ones, has formalized the construction of a new hotel in Tetuán St., Seville. The hotel will have 70 double, functional rooms of some 18 square meters each, all with private bathroom. The hotel will have a style similar to the one owned by the company in Madrid, where they own establishments in central locations such as Puerta del Sol and near the Spanish Congress. The company’s policy is to build their hotels in prime, quality locations.

The new 3-star hotel, which will cover a surface area of 2,500 square meters, is expected to be opened in 2022 and be 100% sustainable, with all power supplied from alternative sources and no use of plastics. This new Room007 hotel reinforces the tourist offer in the area, where the Radisson chain is building a 5-star hotel and Epicentro has constructed a low-cost hotel.
