Mazabi, company specializing in the management of family-owned real state assets, has formalized the purchase of Hotel Soho Boutique, operated by Soho Hoteles and located in the old town of Puerto de Santa María (Cadiz). Mazabi plans to invest more than €1 million in 2022 in the redesign and improvement of both common areas and hotel rooms. Works will be carried out gradually, meaning the hotel will remain open for business during restoration works.
The purchase of this hotel is included within the strategic growth plan of the company, which now has an asset portfolio of over €1.7 billion. In Andalusia, the company owns two more hotels (Iberostar in Marbella and San Gabriel in Ronda), as well as a number of developments and a shopping center.
